Your details, explained.

Website notice updated 4 October 2026.

Information you provide

When you submit an order request, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code and selected items so KCR Chips can review and respond to your request.

How requests are sent

Website requests are transmitted through EmailJS to the shop’s configured email service. If you choose WhatsApp, the request details are included in a message draft to KCR Chips, and WhatsApp processes the information under its own privacy terms. Opening that draft shares its contents with WhatsApp; you choose whether to send it to the shop.

Information in your browser

Your bag contains product identifiers, pack sizes and quantities. It is stored locally on your device so you can continue shopping. Names, phone numbers and delivery addresses are not saved in browser storage by this website. A request reference and submission time may be saved to reduce duplicate submissions.

Use and sharing

Order details are used to respond to enquiries and arrange orders. Delivery information may be shared with the courier as needed for fulfilment. This redesigned website includes no advertising or analytics scripts.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact info@kcrchips.com or +91 84890 87007 about your information. Ask the shop about retention and removal of information held in email, WhatsApp or courier systems.
